Refund Policies- All items are entitled to be refunded based on complaint.
If an item is unsatisfactory then a written explanation is needed in order for it to be considered for a refund. The buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the description matches the item sold by James Worrall Designs, the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
As wood is a natural material, it is subject to movement and/or splitting over time and this is not covered for any refund/claim although all possible repair solutions will be offered at Customers expense. The Customer must endeavour to use the item as intended. Refunds/repairs are given on a case-by-case basis.
